Loads The difference between sales price and surrender value shall not exceed 1% of the NAV at fair value of the unit. Surrender value may differ for short- term investor to discourage short term investing. This difference between sales price and surrender value can be modified or determined by the Commission from time to time.
Transparency NAV will be calculated on a weekly basis and shall be published on the website of the Asset Manager (www.sandhaniaml.com) and as prescribed in the Rule
Target Group Individuals – both resident and non-resident, institutions – both local and foreign, mutual funds and collective investment schemes are eligible to subscribe the Units of the Fund.
Tax Benefit Income will be tax free up to certain level, which is permitted as per Finance Act. Investment in the Fund would qualify for investment tax credit under Income Tax Act 2023.
Dividend Policy The Fund shall distribute at least 70% of realized Annual Income of the Fund as dividend in Bangladeshi Taka or CIP (if requested by the investor) only net of provisions in each accounting year.
Transferability The Units of the Fund are transferable by way of inheritance/ gift and/ or by specific operation of the law.
Liquidity/Encashment The Unit holders can surrender and encash their units to the Asset Manager and through the selling agents appointed by the Asset Manager during the business hours as specified by the Asset Management Company
Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) Facility Systematic Investment Plan or SIP allows investor to invest a certain pre-determined amount at a regular interval (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc.). A SIP is a planned approach towards investments and helps to inculcate the habit of saving and building wealth for the future. Investor can start SIP with a very small amount.
Reports and Accounts Every Unit holder is entitled to receive annual report along with the yearly, half yearly and monthly statements of accounts as and when published on the asset management company’s website (www.sandhaniaml.com).

Dr. H. M. Mosarof Hossain is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Finance at the University of Dhaka, with over 27 years of teaching experience since 1999. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Dhaka in 2007 on stock market volatility and completed both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Finance) with outstanding academic achievement. He has served in several key administrative positions, including Director of BBA/MBA Programs, Coordinator of EMBA, and Director of the Placement Office. He has also taught part-time at North South University, Independent University Bangladesh, and BRAC University. In addition, he received professional training on IFRS, ISA, and IAS from Greenwich University, UK. Dr. Hossain has published 26 research papers in finance and banking, authored the textbook Financial Markets and Institutions, and written two academic monographs. He is fluent in both English and Bengali.

Dr. K M Zakir Hossain Shalim is a seasoned expert in Islamic finance and Shariah with more than a decade of experience in teaching, research, and Shariah advisory. He earned his Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Fiqh from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and completed his Bachelor's degree at Al-Azhar University. He has served as a researcher at the Central Shariah Board, taught at IIUM and BIU, and contributed to the development of Shariah standards, including AAOIFI-aligned training modules. Currently, he serves as Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator at the Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Finance (BIF), where he contributes to Islamic banking education and supervises Shariah compliance for Sukuk and Islamic financial institutions in Bangladesh.

Dr. Mohammad Saiful Islam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Da’wah and Islamic Studies at International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) since July 2022, also serving as Shari’ah Advisor at ePolli since 2021. He earned a Ph.D. from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2021 on Shari’ah Audit in Islamic Banking and Finance. He also completed two Master's degrees from IIUC and IIUM and a Bachelor's degree from IIUC. He has conducted numerous training workshops on Islamic finance and has published more than 20 research papers in journals, conference proceedings and book chapters in Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. He has visited Bhutan, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore and Thailand while residing in Malaysia for 14 years.
